NITNI

Cookie Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

What cookies are

Small files or similar tools (pixels, tags, local storage) that a site places in your browser.

What we use

  • Essential (NITNI, Cloudflare, and Cal.com on the booking step): run the site, save your form steps when you press a button, remember your email and ad-spend answer for 30 days so the audit form fills them in, remember your cookie choice. Always on.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics, PostHog): pages viewed, clicks, where people leave the form, and session recordings of how you move through the page, with everything you type hidden. Only with your OK.
  • Advertising (Meta: Facebook and Instagram; Google Ads, including YouTube; LinkedIn Insight Tag): measure our ads. Meta, Google and LinkedIn also build ad audiences from your visit and show you our ads afterwards (remarketing). If this is on when you send the scan form, our server also sends Meta a coded (hashed) copy of your email so it can match the ad. Google Ads learns that a click on one of our ads ended in a sent form, using a click ID and a cookie. It gets no email and no form answers. LinkedIn records the pages you visit so we can reach past visitors there; it gets no email and no form answers. Only with your OK.

What they do not get

Our partners never receive your website or form answers from us, and nothing you type appears in session recordings. Meta receives a coded copy of your email only if you allowed Advertising. Google Ads never receives it.

Your choice

Change it any time: open Cookie settings. Your choice is remembered for 12 months on this browser. Your browser can also block cookies. Turning on Global Privacy Control counts as opting out of advertising cookies. Each partner also offers its own controls: Meta (facebook.com/adpreferences), Google (adssettings.google.com), LinkedIn (linkedin.com/psettings/advertising).
